I remember Lance very well. He was the first person I knew who had seat belts in his car. He stratigically placed the passenger seat belt so close to his I was almost sitting in his lap!
Lance loved to climb rocks. He took me to Tilden and other parts of the Berkeley hills to climb. He taught me how to belay and repel. We had a good time together as friends. Great memories.
