Last week I rode my motorcycle across Utah on the original Pony Express Trail. 120 miles of dirt roads are a reminder of how tough those guys were.
It is said that you don't stop riding because you get old - you get old because you stop riding !!

Visited Oakland a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be half tech money nouveau-Brooklyn and half tent city under an overpass. Gas is silly expensive but the roads are terrible. Had dinner with friends and hopped on the plane without a regret.
